This will be the 10th IMH Research Day event, and the aims are to highlight the work of the Institute’s doctoral candidates, Managed Innovation Networks (MINs), and all early-career researchers (including research assistants, research fellows, and research-active clinicians and service users). The event celebrates the breadth of ideas and research work currently taking place within the Institute of Mental Health.

This year’s event will again be hosted over two days so we can extend the networking and socialising opportunities. Each day will cover different topics and themes.

As part of the IMH Research Day, we will be hosting a 45-minute Q & A panel with experienced public contributors affiliated to the Institute. This will not be a session to explore individual lived experiences within mental health but a Q & A opportunity to explore the public contributor perspective in research, offering advice on modelling of PPI and understanding more about how this could be successfully facilitated in your own research.

Spring Social 2023 - Tuesday 23 May, 5-7pm

This year we will again be hosting a Spring Social event - join us for pizza and drinks, take the opportunity to meet new colleagues or catch up with some familiar faces. The event will be held at the end of the first of our two-day Research Days, but it’s open to anyone who is affiliated to the Institute (you don’t have to be a Research Day attendee to come along!).
