Kate has worked in the role of Public Involvement Lead at the Institute since January 2020.

As part of her role overseeing how public involvement is carried out within the Institute, she is also occasionally involved in individual studies and enlisted to help teams bring together their research involvement plans, bringing lived experiences to the table to better inform how that research develops.

Kate is committed to supporting both the PPI group members and the project team in the development of this involvement to share information and improve outcomes in the project.
