Brief Biography:

I am a Research Assistant working at MindTech, focusing on projects developing digital interventions to support young people’s mental health. My main focus is the ORBIT-UK project, where we are developing an online intervention to support young people to manage their tics, and testing this in an NHS service. In this role, I work closely with our technology partners on platform development and usability testing, and facilitate patient and public involvement activities, hosting meetings and ensuring that lived experience meaningfully shapes the platform and study. I have also contributed to the UNITE project, which explored how to strengthen industry–academic collaboration in mental health innovation, and have been involved more lightly in the Waiting Well and CATS projects. Across my work, I am particularly passionate about co-production and ensuring that digital mental health tools are developed with, not just for, the people who use them.
